All these menus can be adjusted and all prices are per person.

Catering Sample 1 - $46.00

- Sushi Served with soy sauce and wasabi
- Hummas parcels Filled with spinach, pesto and hummas
- Thai Noodle Balls Tiny balls of pork wrapped in crispy noodles with a chilli dipping sauce
- Harrisa Lamb Slices of tender pink roasted lamb marinated in harrissa and served on pita.
- Southern Chicken Nibbles Moist breast meat spiced with a crispy coating & served with a dipping sauce

Poached in coconut cream, chili and ginger served on spoon

- Angus Pure Beef Scotch fillet roasted medium rare topped with a mustard and horseradish rub accompanied by a red wine jus
- Thai Curry Our own version of this classic with tender breast fillet, spices, coconut cream & rice
